Wanted Properties
There are always lots of buyers looking for apartment properties, but we only work with those we know are financially qualified, motivated, and experienced in the property type they seek to buy. Below is a brief summary of the property types our buyer clients are seeking.
- 12 - 24 units in nice or reasonably nice neighborhood. Prefer north of I-20 / NE Atlanta no further out than Gwinnett.
- MF-zoned land or tear-down property large enough for 200+ units. Area not important, but prefer Metro Atlanta.
